The content and pages of this website are for general information and subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, availability or suitability of any materials for any particular purpose. You will be responsible for any products or services obtained via this website meet your specific requirements. We cannot be responsible for any errors in measurements provided by you, the customer. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk.
Payment Method – We process all payments via PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment using this service, just select the credit/debit card option within PayPal to continue with your order
Delivery – Delivery of your order shall be made by Royal Mail or courier to the delivery address given at checkout. It is important that this address is accurate. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK, (international deliveries will take longer). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, we are liable to refund the price of the goods.
Discount codes – can be used once per person, per order. Any codes must be inputted prior to payment being taken, discount codes are not applied to orders in retrospect.
Returns – Whilst we hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as goods are returned in original condition within 21 days of the original order. Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Sew Busy (the goods must be in the original packaging in perfect condition with no damage). Returned items will be refunded when received at Sew Busy, minus the original postage cost. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform Sew Busy immediately or as soon as possible and certainly no later than within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged goods reported later than this timeframe will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Goods should be returned to us to the address included with your order.
We are unable to offer a refund on any fabric cut for your specific requirements, unless the item is deemed as damaged or faulty. Please note that goods are inspected before despatch.
Class Bookings – Full payment is due upon booking your place on the class. For cancellations with less than 2 working days (48 hours’ notice. No refund will be given. For cancellations with between 2 and 7 working days’ notice 50% will be refundable. More than 7 days’ notice then full refund will be given. This allows us adequate time to re-advertise the space. Sew Busy reserves the right to cancel a workshop. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. NOTE: Please be advised that a course requires a minimum of three people booked onto it for it to run. A decision will be taken 3-5 days before the class as to whether there are sufficient bookings for it to go ahead and you will be advised at that time if it is to be cancelled. If so a full refund will be issued, or you can transfer to a future course. Sew Busy will not be liable for any materials you have already purchased.
Accuracy of Content – Sew Busy makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products that we sell, however, slight variations may sometimes occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow.
Inspection – You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Sew Busy of a problem with 7 days of receipt.
Website – Sew Busy has taken all reasonable care in the preparation of the contents on this web site, but makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Sew Busy have endeavoured to show the correct colour as much as possible but cannot be held responsible for any differences seen on your device to that in reality.
Sew Busy’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct or indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer which may arise from the use of this Website.
Sew Busy shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. We shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Cancellations – If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been dispatched. We will confirm by email if cancellation has been accepted prior to dispatch and arrange a refund within 7 working days.
Cancellation (by us) – We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We do not deliver to the country or location in which you reside.
- Your order meets the requirement to obtain a personalised postage estimate due to the size of your order and the location to which we are sending.
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund your order value within 14 days.
Privacy & Security – Sew Busy treats your personal information with the strictest of confidence and will not share it with any third parties. Personal bank account details are directed through our Paypal and are not disclosed to Sew Busy during this process.
